Bayonne (Franse uitspraak: [bajɔn]; Gascon: Baiona [baˈjunɔ]; Baskisch: Baiona [baiona]; Spaans: Bayona) is een stad en gemeente en een van de twee subprefecturen van het departement Pyrénées-Atlantiques, in de regio Nouvelle-Aquitaine in het zuidwesten van Frankrijk.
