Sezzadio is een gemeente in de provincie Alessandria in de Italiaanse regio Piemonte, ongeveer 80 kilometer (50 mijl) ten zuidoosten van Turijn en ongeveer 15 kilometer (9 mijl) ten zuiden van Alessandria. Sezzadio grenst aan de volgende gemeenten: Carpeneto, Cassine, Castelnuovo Bormida, Castelspina, Gamalero, Montaldo Bormida, Predosa en Rivalta Bormida.
