Gemonio is een gemeente in de provincie Varese in de Italiaanse regio Lombardije, gelegen op ongeveer 60 kilometer (37 mijl) ten noordwesten van Milaan en ongeveer 14 kilometer (9 mijl) ten noordwesten van Varese.
