Castello di Annone is een gemeente in de provincie Asti in de Italiaanse regio Piemonte, ongeveer 50 kilometer (31 mijl) ten zuidoosten van Turijn en ongeveer 9 kilometer (6 mijl) ten oosten van Asti. Castello di Annone grenst aan de volgende gemeenten: Asti, Cerro Tanaro, Quattordio, Refrancore, Rocca d'Arazzo en Rocchetta Tanaro. De naam is afgeleid van het Latijnse ad nonum ("negen mijl"), wat de afstand tot Asti aangeeft. In de middeleeuwen was het een belangrijk strategisch knooppunt, totdat het in 1644 door Spaanse troepen werd verwoest. In 1994 werd het overstroomd door de nabijgelegen Tanaro-rivier.
