Susa (; Perzisch: Šuš; [ʃuʃ]; Hebreeuws: שׁוּשָׁן Šušān; Grieks: Σοῦσα [ˈsuːsa]; Syrisch: ܫܘܫ Šuš; Midden-Perzisch: 𐭮𐭥𐭱𐭩 Sūš, 𐭱𐭥𐭮 Šūs; Oud-Perzisch: 𐏂𐏁 Çūšā) was een oude stad van de Proto-Elamite, Elamite, First Persian Empire, Seleucid, Parthian en Sasanian empires of Iran, en een van de belangrijkste steden van het Oude Nabije Oosten. Het is gelegen in het lagere Zagros-gebergte ongeveer 250 km (160 mijl) ten oosten van de rivier de Tigris, tussen de rivieren Karkheh en Dez.
