Corniglia (Ligurisch: Corniggia; plaatselijk Curnigia) is een frazione ("gehucht") in de gemeente Vernazza in de provincie La Spezia, Ligurië, Noord-Italië met ongeveer 150 inwoners (in 2016). In tegenstelling tot de andere plaatsen van de Cinque Terre, grenst Corniglia niet direct aan de zee. In plaats daarvan ligt het op de top van een voorgebergte van ongeveer 100 meter hoog, aan drie kanten omgeven door wijngaarden en terrassen, de vierde kant daalt steil af naar de zee. Om Corniglia te bereiken, is het noodzakelijk om de Lardarina te beklimmen, een lange stenen trap bestaande uit 33 vluchten met 382 treden of anders een autoweg volgen die vanaf het station naar het dorp leidt.
