Casalpusterlengo is een comune in de provincie Lodi in de Italiaanse regio Lombardije, gelegen op ongeveer 50 kilometer (31 mijl) ten zuidoosten van Milaan en ongeveer 20 kilometer (12 mijl) ten zuidoosten van Lodi. Het kreeg de eretitel van stad met een presidentieel decreet op 30 oktober 1975. De stad heeft een barokke kerk van Santi Bartolomeo e Martino, gebouwd in de 14e eeuw maar gerenoveerd tussen 1602–1610. De stad heeft ook een gemeenschappelijk paleis en een toren uit het middeleeuwse kasteel. Casalpusterlengo grenst aan de volgende gemeenten: Turano Lodigiano, Secugnago, Brembio, Terranova dei Passerini, Codogno, Ospedaletto Lodigiano en Somaglia.
