Olbia (Italiaans: [ˈɔlbja], lokaal [ˈolbja]; Sardijns: Terranoa; Gallurese: Tarranoa) is een stad en gemeente met 60.346 inwoners (mei 2018) in de Italiaanse insulaire provincie Sassari in het noordoosten van Sardinië (Italië), in de historische regio Gallura.
