Ilanz is een voormalige gemeente in het district Surselva in het Zwitserse kanton Graubünden. De voormalige gemeente Ilanz kwam overeen met de stad Ilanz. Spiez is een stad en gemeente aan de oever van het meer van Thun in het Berner Oberland van het Zwitserse kanton Bern. Het maakt deel uit van het administratieve district Frutigen-Niedersimmental. Naast de stad Spiez omvat de gemeente ook de nederzettingen Einigen, Hondrich, Faulensee en Spiezwiler.
