Neuss (Duitse uitspraak: [ˈnɔʏs]; gespeld Neuß tot 1968; Limburgs: Nüss; Latijn: Novaesium) is een stad in Noord-Rijnland-Westfalen, Duitsland. Het is gelegen op de westelijke oever van de Rijn tegenover Düsseldorf. Neuss is de grootste stad in het district Rhein-Kreis Neuss.
