De Arbia is een stortvloed in Toscane, Midden-Italië, een welvaart van de Ombrone-rivier. Samen met Padua en Treviso is de stad opgenomen in het Padua-Treviso-Venetië Metropolitan Area (PATREVE), dat wordt beschouwd als een statistisch grootstedelijk gebied, met een totale bevolking van 2,6 miljoen.De naam is afgeleid van de oude Veneti-bevolking die bewoonde de regio in de 10e eeuw voor Christus.
