De Moken (ook Mawken of Morgan; Birmees: ဆလုံ လူမျိုး; Thai: ชาวเล, geromaniseerd: chao le, verlicht 'zeemensen') zijn een Austronesisch volk van de Mergui-archipel, een groep van ongeveer 800 eilanden die door Birma en Thailand worden opgeëist . Het merendeel van de 2.000 tot 3.000 Moken leeft een semi-nomadische jager-verzamelaarlevensstijl die zwaar is gebaseerd op de zee, hoewel dit steeds meer wordt bedreigd.
