Brindisi (VS: BRIN-diz-ee, BREEN-, Italiaans: [ˈbrindisi]; Brindisino: Brìnnisi; Latijn: Brundisium; Oudgrieks: Βρεντέσιον, geromaniseerd: Brentésion; Messapic: Brunda) is een stad in de regio Apulië in het zuiden van Apulië Italië, de hoofdstad van de provincie Brindisi, aan de kust van de Adriatische Zee.
