Zambrone is een gemeente in de provincie Vibo Valentia in de Italiaanse regio Calabria, ongeveer 60 kilometer (37 mijl) ten zuidwesten van Catanzaro en ongeveer 9 kilometer (6 mijl) ten noordwesten van Vibo Valentia. Per 31 december 2004 had het een bevolking van 1.803 en een oppervlakte van 14,4 vierkante kilometer (5.6 vierkante mijl). Zambrone grenst aan de volgende gemeenten: Briatico, Parghelia, Zaccanopoli.
