Guglielmo Giovanni Maria Marconi, 1. markiz Marconi FRSA (włoski: [ɡuʎˈʎɛlmo marˈkoːni]; 25 kwietnia 1874 r. - 20 lipca 1937 r.) Był włoskim wynalazcą i inżynierem elektrykiem, znanym z pionierskich prac nad daleką transmisją radiową, rozwoju prawa Marconiego oraz radiowy system telegraficzny. Uznano go za wynalazcę radia. Nagrodę Nobla w dziedzinie fizyki z 1909 roku podzielił Karl Ferdinand Braun „w uznaniu za ich wkład w rozwój telegrafii bezprzewodowej”.
